September 16 tour

in A Week In... London and Paris
My husband and I are taking the London/Paris tour on Sept 16 and are extending our stay in Paris by a few days. We are hoping to take a day trip to the Normandy beaches. Does any one have any suggestions/recommendations for a tour?

    We did Normandy in July '09 during our free day in Paris on our Tauck trip. I went thru the concierge at our hotel to set it up before we left home, he booked the tickets for us & they were waiting for us in our room when we arrived-I'm sorry I forget the name of the company it was thru but it was by bus w/ an english speaking guide w/ us for the day & lunch included. It was a 12 hour tour which made for a long day but it was worth it. The beaches & cemetary were a sight to see & the museum at Caen was fabulous. Enjoy your trip!
