Culturious Tuscany&Cinque Terra

As this is our first Culturious tour w/Tauck, we are interested in any comments from those of you who have been on these smaller Tauck tours. Ours is in early May. We've been on several of the "larger motorcoach" tours. Also, we have no Italy experience. We gather the Italians dress more formally than some Europeans? What, for example, would a man wear to dinner in the hotels? Jacket? Just slacks and nice shirt? What about expected weather in the region for early May?

    We did this trip last year after a Tauck tour the week before. It was a wonderful experience, great with the smaller group. It can be as active as you want - the hike in Cinque Terre is challenging in parts but there are lots of stops to catch your breath or take pictures. We never "dressed" for dinner except for the farewell dinner - I wore a dress and I think my husband wore a sportcoat. Otherwise, nice casual dress is very appropriate. Flo was our guide - she is fabulous!
