Please consider bringing the guests earlier. The hotel can not be closer to the entry so it is easy to beat the crowds.
Our group left at 10am and by then people are fighting for space with horse carriages,etc. Also early start would be less hot as we march past the Treasury. I'd vote for 8 am departure.
