Hi -- My husband, daughter and I are booked on A Week in Ireland beginning July 13th. I'm looking for any tips seasoned travelers can give us about clothing, etc.
We did a Tauck tour of Ireland last July. It was so cool that I had to buy a jacket on the Dingle Peninsula. Layering would be the best way to dress. Take some lightwight sweaters and definetly an umbrella. We experienced most days as "soft" according to the Irish. Only had one day of light rain, but did need sweaters or more on all others. We were told by the locals that it was an exceptionally cool summer. Have you checked with weather.com for the average temps?
