My husband and I will be in Basel for two days before we start our Rhine/Moselle River cruise. We thought we would take the train to Lucerne. Does anyone have any other ideas or ideas on what to do in Lucerne. Thanks

    You posted this on the Portrait of India Forum. Just repost it on the Europe Boards. We loved Basel and spent several days there since we had already been to Lucerne. I believe it's a short train ride and if you haven't been there before, Lucerne is a beautiful city to visit. Tripadvisor.com has a list of top places to visit there.
