Taxi Transfer in Stockholm

We have heard that the Tauck Transfer Taxicheck to go from the Stockholm airport to the hotel includes gratuity ... and that it does not. Which is the case. (I imagine taxi drivers tend to say that it doesn't, anyway.)

I called Tauck. The Taxi Stockholm ticket includes the gratuity.
