Cell phones for use in Europe to call US and Europe
I know this is last minute, but where does one get a cell phone to use in Europe? I heard that it is less expensive to use one purchased in Europe. When I called Verizon, they said that their phone had to be returned within 30 days. Since we are going to Vienna after the trip, we will not be home in 30 days. Bobbie
