Parka for a big and tall guest?

I see that "Tauck will provide you with a special, water-repellent hooded parka." That's great for me, but what about for my husband? He is 6'6" tall and wears a 2XLT. Even if he is provided with a 2XL parka, he is not going to be comfortable with his wrists hanging out from the sleeves. He needs a parka for a tall man. With advance notice, can a parka be provided in a tall size guest?
