Venice, Florence, Rome tour Oct. 13-20, 2013

My daughter and I will be on this trip, arriving in Venice on the 12th at 9:15 am. Just wondering if anyone else is arriving a day early. Would love to hear from other travelers on this tour. Also, wondering about transportation from airport to hotel since we are arriving a day early. Assuming that Tauck staff will not be available that day. Thanks for any advice!

    Hi KTB: was under the impression Tauck rep would meet you even if you arrive a day early. Did that happen? How was your trip?

    Just got back from this trip... we arrived in Venice a day early and stayed in Rome 2 extra days at the end. Tauck reps met us at the airport when we arrived and arranged for transport when we left. The only key is you need to stay at the same tour hotels (others from our group switched hotels at the end and had to make their own arrangements).
