This information is in the "Need to Know, Upon Arrival, Electric Current" section on the Tauck website for your tour. However, the electric power supply in the UK and France are both 230 V, 50 Hz, AC. the electric outlets in the UK and France are different than in the US, and you would need an adapter to plug in your appliances. Some appliances, such as my iPhone and my Nikon camera use electric adapters for charging that will accept voltages from 100V to 240V and can therefore be plugged (using an adapter) directly into the 230V supply. You can find the rating for your electrical components on the charging adapter. I purchased a universal adapter from Amazon for about $6 that can be used in Europe and the UK.
