Time at Machu Picchu?
This tour sounds wonderful, but I am concerned that the time actually spent at Machu Picchu isn't long enough.
Any thoughts from travelers that have taken this tour will be appreciated.

At Cusco, we had additional oxygen at the hotel that took the edge off of the discomfort of altitude sickness. Other travelers with us did the same, and felt that it really helped. Be sure to ask at the hotel desk.
Be sure to have good sunblock with you for Peru and Ecuador.
M/V Isabella II is excellent.
We snorkeled every day. The ship has equipment and shorty wet suits for you to use. We had our own masks and snorkels. The snorkel excursions are accompanied. We had one of the naturalists with us, or our tour director.
We also had the collapsible walking sticks along for the rough terrain on the islands. Did not really need it for Machu Picchu.
Follow the guidance on the train to the base of Machu Picchu; do not eat the food on the train even though it is provided to you.
As usual, Tauck provides bottled water daily.
Otherwise, thoroughly enjoyed this tour with Tauck, and the exposure to other cultures in this part of the world. The Inca story is amazing and sad, but their accomplishments are fascinating to see.
Thank you so much.
