Packing

My husband and I are taking the December 3rd trip starting in Nuremberg and this is our first Winter and Riverboat trip with Tauck. I would be interesting is hearing what type of clothes others plan to pack--casual (jeans) or more dressy (sport coat/dress). Since there are several meals at special spots during the trip, do we need to dress up for those occasions.

It would be interesting to hear from anyone who took this trip last year as to what clothes they used the most and what they took and didn't use.
