Traveling solo on the May 16th tour

Hello! Does anyone have any tips for a solo traveler on this tour? Also, is there anybody else traveling solo? I'll be getting to Beijing a day early and also gave myself an extra day in Hong Kong after the tour. Any suggestions on sights or events that I might want to go to with the extra time?

All thoughts and suggestions are welcome. Also, even if you're not able to answer questions, if you're on this tour feel free to say hello!
