Can certainly happen ... depends on the individual. Advice from one who suffers and is thus more sympathetic than many who do not .... drink lots of water and for the first day be kind to yourself..... The lethargy & breathlessness seems to sneak up on you so take it easy..... anything can set it off.... a little slope to walk.... moving something heavy like your case. If you are aware it's not so confronting. Be kind to yourself.... and aware if you really do feel worse. It usually wears off.... but it can be very disturbing & frightening if you don't realise what's happening. You might even notice more pronounced short-sightedness, so maybe take a pair of stronger reading glasses? And a mild nose-bleed is a possibility. For the Tauck trips... you usually aren't very high ... but it's all relative and can be very individual. Don't worry too much 'cos that can make it worse! Argh! Certainly, don't let it put you off a wonderful trip. But as always, seek expert advice from someone who knows your normal. Stop laughing!!!!! ;)

    Cheers,
