    We are on this tour right now. We -- and everyone else on our tour who checked -- found the weather forecasts for the Baltics to be totally incorrect. What was predicted was rainy and cool. It has basically been sunny or cloudy and warm. Not a lot of rain and so far only when we were traveling from place to place and never when we were touring. Definitely bring an umbrella and rain jacket but don't count on the forecasts!!
