Request Grading (1-5)in brochure for Activity Levels

We just returned from Bavaria, Austria, the Dolmites and Venice. The sites were magnificant and the tour guide excellent.
The pace was faster than expected and activity level incorrect. The brouchure indicated "moderate" activity with walking on uneven surfaces.
There was on average of walking and standing for over 2 hours at a time and walking up/down "winding" stairs, slopes and narrow passages. If you have any assistive device (cane) or difficulty navigating stairs, this trip will be difficult for you. You may not be able to see all the sites.
Tauck should consider classifying "moderate" clearly and consider using a lickert- type scale (1-5) with 1 being the least active to 5 being the most. Including the definitions of these levels would assist the traveler in making sure they are prepared for what to expect. Having comfortable walking shoes is just not enough. This tour was more than moderate and I had difficulty even being in shape!
