240v Converter

My BFF and I are booked on the May15 Classic Italy Tour and I was wondering if the hotels supply converters for 110v hair blowers & laptops, or do I need to buy a 240v converter. I already have an adapter for the european socket, but it doesn't convert the vlts.
We are flying from Phila - anyone else going May 15th?

    I do not know about this particular tour but most hotels provide hair dryers. Check the charger for your laptop. I discovered that most of the electronics that I travel with only needed the adapter as they used either 110 or 240.
