Where is Heshun Old Town in China?

I read a travelogue about China. The travelogue give some description about Heshun which is very beautiful old town in China. The picture of Heshun seduces me to explore. Now I am planning to visit China in October and I want to add Heshun to my Journey to China. Who knows about Heshuna and how to get there?

At least it's a start. I don't know how reliable it is, but at least it is from a source closer to your home, I'm guessing, than to mine.
