But you will receive a green spiral book, "Documents For Your Journey," within a week or so once you have made final payment. If you booked or are using a "Gift of Time" for additional nights on the front or back end of your tour, there will be a page near the front titled "Hotel Confirmation for Additional Nights." This page provides details of your extra stay and includes this sentence, "Breakfast is included in your room rate, and check-out time is 12:00 noon."
I took this tour in summer of 2014. The hotel had an included breakfast for all the days of the stay, even if you can early. It would cost 55 euros to buy breakfast there!
