    Tauck decided to assign select optional events without actually giving us a choice. A communication breakdown. Your rep assured my wife that "no big deal', changes are easy and events will not be full.

    Gerald, if your goal is to communicate with Tauck customer service you need to do that directly either by phone or email. If you're trying to publicly complain then your post is too cryptic for anyone to figure out what the problem is.
