Looking for a One-day tour of Hong Kong

My wife and I have a 12 hour lay-over in Hong Kong on our way to our tour of Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand. We've done some research on private one-day tours, but before we book one I was looking to see if anyone has recommendations (both positive and negative) of tour companies they have used in Hong Kong.
