Laundry on Sapphire

Going on river cruise on Seine on Sapphire next week. Will they do guest laundry for a fee? Literature says "may" have laundry service, which really tells me nothing. Anyone been on the Sapphire and know for sure?

We were on the Sapphire from through France in June (Monte Carlo - Paris trip). No problems with laundry.

Yes, they do laundry, but like hotels, it is not cheap.
