Spain Entry Requirements

I will be traveling to Spain following my "Week in Portugal" trip with Tauck next month. I have checked the Covid-related entry requirements on line and find them very confusing. I can't tell whether I need to complete the on-line health form or whether my CDC card showing two vaccinations and two boosters will be enough. I've also gone on the US Embassy website for Spain and do not find it helpful. Has anyone been to Spain lately, and, if so, what did you have to show prior to entry into the country?

    I'm going to send you a private message later today because I remember you had some extenuating circumstances and I want to make sure I understand your particular situation before I make some incorrect assumptions.

    You will need to complete the form at this link, https://www.spth.gob.es/. It will generate a QR code and that will enable you to enter Spain.
