Kudos to our Tour Director
We recently returned from The Spirit of the Desert tour of National Parks, which was fabulous. I feel compelled to give a shout out to our Tour Director, Mitchell Blom. I have taken many trips with various companies, and the TD can make a big difference in the quality of the trip. Mitchell went above and beyond his expected duties to make sure each of us enjoyed the Tauck experience. He was super organized, an excellent communicator, unfailingly kind and very helpful, and creative in filling down time when the trip schedule was changed. Any future Tauck travelers that have Mitchell as their TD are sure to have a grand time!
