Actually, complaining to Tauck can work. But you may need to elevate your issue to someone higher in the food chain.
I've never seen it happen, but been told Tauck will remove guests from tours if they cause problems and ban them from traveling, so I doubt they would worry about banning someone from the forum who regularly attacks other guests and the company.
I have been slandered on this forum by a Tauck guest with many trips under her belt. I never expected Tauck to do anything about it. I just ignored it and her.
I spoke to a friend who told me a relative was banned by Tauck recently. I did not get the specifics but I was glad to hear it. Bad guests can put a damper on an otherwise enjoyable experience. Most times I avoid people like that but sometimes it is impossible to isolate yourself entirely, especially during a public event.
