I agree about the return policy at Nordstrom being the best. As a retired Nordstrom employee (20% discount) I try to shop there first for items I need. Unfortunately, their selection of clothes that may appeal to baby boomers is limited. I find the quality still good, but customer service has fallen off since I worked there (15 years ago).
Back to the original topic of freebies, we received calendars the first couple years after our first Tauck tour but nothing lately. We had one Tauck trip in May this year and 1 currently scheduled for June 2024. We will see if a small gift comes before June. We have been on 10 trips with them.
