Small group tours in Paris

I'll be in Paris for a few days before my Savoring France cruise. I've been to Paris before, so have done the museums, churches, etc. and am looking for a more interactive experience - like a food tour, cheese tasting, or mural walk. I'll be on my own and don't speak French, so am looking for recommendations. Thank you in advance for your ideas!
