August 16 crown jewel are jeans okay?
I have looked at pictures and seems jeans are what’s being worn daily. I could use some thoughts on daily clothing aside from Ice Palace.

Jeans are fine, Gerimae, but they might be hot for some of the areas. You might want to bring a pair of nicer slacks for some dinners. Our farewell dinner was very casual.

I have learned to plug into my phone the weather temperatures of the cities I’ll be visiting on a tour. I also look ahead of the expected climate. I also add to the phone all the Tauck emergency phone numbers. I also make sure I have the addresses and phone numbers where the U.S. embassies are especially in Africa (my next trip) or other third world countries.
We had our appointment yesterday at a Passport Health medical office for our vaccines. My husband (a physician) thought it was very interesting with the vaccine recommendations and the amount of home the nurse spent with us. Of course, it is everyone’s choice what to get or not get.
Yes Aug could be warm especially at Lugano. We went in Sep and I'd have worn capris if I had them.
Nice slacks and tops for dinner in the hotel dining rooms. Not super fancy.
