Extra night in Bali at the end of the trip
Hi world travelers. We were about to pull the trigger on airline tkts for this tour in May/ June 2025, with an extra day on each end of the tour when we realized that the return flight from Bali does not depart until after 9 pm. So….. this is almost effectively 2 extra days in Bali. I presume we are not the first people to deal with this. The question is - does the Four Seasons make you leave the room early and then you are just hanging around all day without a place to change, etc, or do they make some place available for departing Tauck guests that are checking out but have late flights.Does anyone remember being able to get a late checkout? Any memories or thoughts on this are much appreciated.

They normally give you a day room, where you will be able to change. Use that day for a Spa Day.
Tauck will pick you up 3.5 hours earlier, the airport it's near the hotel... but traffic is bad.

Four Seasons late check out policy is 2 p.m. or 3 p.m. unless you get prior approval even for American Express Centurion Card member.There is no guarantee the day room is available or the spa is reasonably priced in term of services.
Some of the Tauck's competitior can arrange a bus tour for a small fee to kill time until it is time for you go back to the hotel to retrieve your luggage. Ask to see if Tauck can provide this service.

How much time do you have to allow for transfer to the airport upon departure? What is Tauck normal pickup window from the hotel to the airport? Thanks, planning on flights out of Bali to London through Singapore in Oct, 2025.
The traffic from the resort to the airport is crazy, even at night. I’ve never known Tauck use any other time but get you to the airport three hours before a flight.
It has always been 3 hours prior for overseas tours.
