I contacted Tauck a requesting assistance with having distilled water for our CPAP devices at each of the hotels on our upcoming “In Footsteps of Freedom Tour.” I was politely told to purchase bottles of distilled water after arriving at the hotel and then to place the bottles in a carry-on bag throughout the trip - not the helpful answer I was hoping or expecting to hear. Instead, I personally called each of the 5 hotels and made my own arrangements to ensure having distilled water at each location. Tauck, as my travel advocate on this tour, I expected more.
