What Does A Double Room at Hotel Marques de la Torre Havana Cuba, filmed Feb 2025, Really Look Like?
The embargo has placed many hotels, restaurants, and other locations in Cuba on the "Black List". The Black List means Tauck cannot take US citizens traveling legally on a "People to People" US Vsa to stay at, eat at, or visit Black List locations. Hotel Marques de la Torre is not currently on the Black list. However its sister hotel, Hotel Parque Central, located in a tower connected to the Marques de la Torre, next store is on the Black List. Why? Don't ask, life is complicated in Cuba.
The Marques de la Torre is wonderfully located, excellent and fun to stay at. I rate the hotel on US standards as a 3+ star hotel with many pluses along with some interesting negatives. Watch the video and find out why I say this.
