Blue Danube Prague excursion question

In the process of choosing our excursions for our July trip. The Prague Old Town excursion is 3 hrs and the Old Town highlights is 1.5 hrs. Both have same activity and pace level. What else do you get to see on the 3 hr that you don’t get on the 1.5 hr?

On independent travel, I could have easily spent more than a full day wandering through the old section. You can do some research before hand to help with your decision. Enjoy.
