Yukata?

From reading trip reviews for Essence of Japan, several mention wearing a Yukata. Do they provide them or do we need to purchase them?

    On the trip you might want to look for your own yukata to bring home. My wife and I love them for a light summer robe. They are thin enough to pack for other trips so you have a robe when traveling. We have bought several from www.chopa.com here in the US.

    I have a couple of Yukatas from my time in Japan. I really haven't found a use for them in the United States. But as JCJ notes, they could be used as light robes. The men's Yukatas are usually fairly plain but the women's can be quite colorful.

    The yucatas I have are beautiful and I enjoy wearing them as summer bathrobes. I’m purposely phrchaddd them for that purpose. I sewed the sleeves narrower so that they were not as wide.
