We are taking the week in Portugal trip in September. Does Tauck have an individual you can speak to in advance about the specifics of the trip, to answer any questions? I tried the general number but feel they are giving me generic answers based on a pre-list of questions/responses. I know there will be a tour guide when we arrive to speak to but was curious if we could speak to someone in advance

If you call Tauck and ask to speak to someone with direct knowledge and experience of that trip, they can usually do that. I recently did this for another tour, and was connected to an employee who recently took that tour herself and was able to give me first-hand information.
