Land Tour Physical Exertion / Vietnam, Cambodia & Thailand

I've traveled with other groups who's rating of difficulty were off. Can anyone tell me which portion of this is the most physical exertion?
I'm not seeing why it's rated a 4. Have a friend that would like to travel with us but she's not sure because of the rating.

My wife and I took this tour in 2024 and we're both above 80. I never felt it was difficult. You can see our trip at https://www.mikeandjudytravel.com/2024-1Vietnam-01.htm

It was a very interesting and enjoyable tour. Go early to see Ha Long Bay and do a private tour of Hanoi to see things that Tauck doesn't take you to.

The only difficulty was the heat in Bangkok.

Vietnam and Cambodia are two of the most humid places we have visited and that can easily impact your physical abilities. Tauck seems to rate tours as a four when they mean lots of hotel changes and early starts, they have two different scores for every tour depending on pace and ability.

I agree. Not extremely physically demanding; however, the heat and the many plane trips might bother some.
