Ben - I'm going in a few days early and scheduled a tour to Stonehenge from Bath with Scarper Tours and have an extra day to fill that might be my Abbey day...I try not to schedule any expensive timed tours for days where its not clear when we get back because delays can happen. On the last itinerary I looked at, the day we tour Sudeley Castle only provides Breakfast and looks like we have a pretty free afternoon, but the others do look like later afternoon returns to Bath.
Goddess - I feel like the "orientation" the tours don't quite give enough information - I, for one, love the churches and cathedrals and wish wish we had time for more...some tours might have 5-6 big churches and then I understand they might all start to look similar....but when I get home I love looking thru the pictures and sometimes appreciate them more.
