The Pest waterfront is lined with "T" shaped riverboat moorings, one after another. To get an idea, look it up on Google Maps and select satellite view. (you can also go to street view and move along the promenade to see all the boats tied up, some rafted 2 or 3 deep. I didn't see any Tauck/Scylla boats in the current imagery). We docked south of the Szabadasag bridge near the Central Market and across the river from the Gellert baths.
We docked a short walk from the Central Market.
Viking ships were docked near the Széchenyi Chain Bridge and Intercontinental hotel.
There's a bunch of docks between these two areas.
More river cruise ships than I'd even seen in one place.

Tauck usually takes you from the hotel to the ship
The exact location can change but typically they dock just south of the Erzserbet Bridge which is one bridge south of the chain bridge.
