For those traveling through Bath in September, the Jane Austen festival is scheduled for September 11-20th. There are numerous events planned and I have included the evening ball schedule and will update when other events/workshops are occurring. These activities may impact sites that you may wish to visit during your time in Bath. Historically the parade of Jane Austen fans wearing period attire walking from the Royal Crescent to Bath Abbey occurs on the first Saturday of the festival, in this case September 12th, and begins at 11AM.
