Recommendation for tour guide in Istanbul

We are taking the Treasures of the Aegean tour in May 2026 and plan to spend 2-3 days in Istanbul before flying to Athens. I would appreciate recommendations for either a private tour guide or small group tour. Would also appreciate recommendations of best places to stay with restaurants/sites nearby. Thanks, Lynn
