Hotel Change Notification

We received an email letting us know we would no longer be staying at the iconic Oberoi Udaivilas as they are "unable to host your group as planned". Now we will be three nights at the RAAS Devigarh. This is very disappointing. Any suggestions of how to handle this with Tauck? There appears to be a large price difference between the two accomodations.

    Tauck states, it can make changes so not much you can do about it, it happens quite a bit these days on all tours. A tour director told me Tauck are being priced out or something like that. If there is a price difference they could reimburse you or include extra site seeing or more meals

  • I am about to paraphrase from Tauck’s ‘Itinerary Changes and Price Flexibility’ section within their ‘General Information’ section in their brochures…..

    Tauck will make every effort to operate their tours as published but there are times when unforeseen events happen. If a change is made, any savings from that change will be refunded to the customer; any increase in price will be absorbed by Tauck.
