Arriving Amsterdam and EES
I am taking the Scandinavia tour at the end of August, flying direct from SFO to Amsterdam and transferring to Stockholm. I am hoping by then the kinks will be worked out of the system, I only have a 2 hour layover. Has anyone gone through Amsterdam recently? Will also be my first time dealing with Schengen.

I flew from LAX to AMS on my way to CPT in early April. We had a 90 minute layover, having to go from A gates to E gates. We were in business class so got to deplane quickly. We walked very briskly but made the connection.
This connection wasn’t in the original plan. Our original flight was cancelled 3 days prior to departure and this is what the carrier gave us. We were booked on Virgin Atlantic through LHR originally. When they cancelled their flight they rebooked us on KLM (a partner airline). The change resulted in us arriving in CPT 10 hours earlier which meant we had to scramble to find a room in CPT for an extra night (if we didn’t want to spend it at the airport or in the hotel lobby).
Travel is so much fun, even more so in the context of the Iran War.
Anyway, a long answer to say I had been through AMS recently.
