My Heart of the Danube river cruise is suppose to start 9/1/26, over the past few weeks spoke with reps and wasn't given any information if the trip was cancelled or what itinerary changes would be made. I tried calling today 8/24/26 in a final attempt to get some information. There was an approx. 30 minutes wait so i prompted a call back. It's been 2 house since I called and haven't heard anything as of yet. Does anyone have any information that can help? I am very disappointed in that management by this point should have made a call. The river is very low and prior cruises have been cancelled or modified itineraries. There is no rain in the forecast for upcoming weeks.
