Taking the Elegant South Afruca tour in February. Any recommendations for flights from New York to Johannesburg?

I am flying South African air from JFK non stop to J'berg and then on to cape Town with a few hour layover.
I wold rather make the trip all at once than to stay in a hotel in another city for one night.
