Tickets to Versailles

Hello,

We are on the May 2 Tour of Loire Valley, Normandy and Paris. We arrive a day early in Versailles. I understand there are complimentary tickets with the hotel concierge to the palace. Does anyone know what this includes? We would like to see the Trianon Palaces and Marie-Antoinette's Estate. If this is not included, we would like to purchase tickets in advance. Thanks for your help!
