Tour director and driver gratuities

I know I have seen it somewhere but I can't find out the suggested rate for gratuities for the tour director and driver.

    It is covered in your pre-tour documentation pack, Jerry. The general advice is:
    US$8 per traveller, per day for the TD, or the equivalent amount in local currency and US$4, per traveller, per day for the driver.
