A Look at Suites (Category 7) on Jewel Class Riverboats

Ever wondered what the suites aboard Tauck Riverboats look like? A video that provides a detailed look at the inside and features of suites (Category 7) aboard the older Tauck Jewel Class Riverboats is listed below. Room 311 on the Swiss Sapphire is shown. But this room is very similar to the newer Inspiration class Category 7 suites except that the bath tub has been replaced with a full walk in shower.

The suite shown is for a Jewel class riverboat. The configuration for the new, Inspiration class boats is different. The basics are the same for this category, except there's no bath. Instead there's a huge, walk in shower. It's, I think, a better use of space.

Thank you, I have modified my original posting to reflect your info. And yes I agree, the tube is a huge waste of space. My wife and I never used it, using the very small half shower instead.

With or without the tube you will have a wonderful time on a Tauck riverboat!
