There always used to be, not sure now. It’s not always the ones of fantastic views that win but ones with people on the tour, but you have to get permission to show them as I understand it these days.
They apparently have resumed since Tauck recently published an e-mail identifying the winner of the Manitoba Polar Bear tour photo contest. I do not know if this applies to all tours like it once did.

Not on our recent Yellowstone in Winter (January).
It’s not specific to a tour Portolan. I have not seen Tauck promote the competition for a while, they used to publish the winners.
