Versailles
We will be sight seeing Versailles (our option picked) and was wondering how much time after Versailles will there be on our own....more time to tour Paris? Thank you

Versailles can take more than a day to do thoroughly.
British, thank you. Just wondering how long Tauck will be in Versailles, and how much time we will have after Versailles. Usually Tauck will state after a function you will have time on your own, in this situation no mention of own time.
It says in the excursion description it takes 5 hours to see the main palace and gardens. You could call Tauck and ask when you depart and return to the ship to get a better idea. I wouldn't book anything for after that as actual arrival back will depend on traffic which can be very slow in Paris.
happycamper - When I took this tour, I opted for the Montmartre excursion. I know it lasted several hours, but we returned directly to the ship for lunch. I do recall the Versailles group left early that morning to allot more time at the venue but did return directly to the ship for lunch. This was in 2023. Hope this helps.
