What is the correct, legitimate site to use to get the UK Electronic Travel Authorization? (ETA) for LHR?

If you're simply transiting thru LHR, you don't need it. I was at LHR yesterday. No changes from previous years.
It is a very easy and fast process. All can be done on their APP. I got approved under an hr. Good for 2 years, I think.
