Any fellow travelers have thoughts or extra plans for the London, Paris and Normandy cruise. First time on Tauck. First time to Normandy. Advice. Must sees. Must do. All welcome.

No idea where your interests lie. Google the hotel and google things to see and do in….or be more specific, such as museums in London, Paris. Bear in mind many places need timed tickets that ought to be purchased well in advance of your trip. Good luck.
Are you planning pre-and/or-post days in the anchor cities? As mentioned, it would be helpful to expand on your likes/dislikes.
Craig, I see that you joined the forum today. Welcome. There is a wealth of history and information in the threads available to read here. Ones specific to your tour, to other Seine cruises, to France, etc. If you take the time to read thru them you'll learn a lot including things you wouldn't have thought to ask. As to your question, unless you've added time in London and/or Paris you only have an afternoon free in each which isn't much. My favorites in London are the Tower, the V&A, the British Museum or going shopping. Paris has tons of art museums, churches, and shopping. In Normandy you don't really have much free time other than Rouen and Vernon. Neither have any must sees in my view.
I agree with Claudia, do a search for your river cruise and all the reports should come up. When I took this cruise I spent 2 extra days in London so I could go to Stonehenge and Bath, I had been to London before and had gone to the Tower, V&A and British Museum, all worth seeing if you have the time, one night I went to the theatre next to the Savoy.
